In the following examples, xxx identifies the referenced data. For web page groups and text blocks this can be a code or a number.

In the processing of these codes a numeric value is interpreted as a key number, and a non-numeric value as a code. However, a code which happens to be completely numeric can be used by putting it between quotes.

Elements do not have codes, and are always identified by their element number.

The retrieved texts can be modified by various parameters.

Retrieves the main text from text block xxx in the language currently being used/generated.

e.g. #TEXT:*pageLastUpd# Page last updated:

N.B. to retrieve the short text instead of the main text, use parameter SHORT.

Parameters: SHORT, LANG, UCASE, LCASE, HTML, NOHTML, NOPICS, LIMIT, LINES.
