The record selection window columns are as follows:

• line number: the current sequence of elements in the page group,
• page number: this is generated automatically whenever the screen is refreshed and before generation,
• two asterisks indicating whether the element is visible on the page and is the element list,
• title 1, which can also be used as the page heading,
• name and extention of main element file,
• horizontal and vertical size of image,
• content / link: a description of the element, generated according to its contents.
