The record selection window columns are as follows:

• line number: the current sequence of extra pages in the page group,
• an indication of whether the extra page is generated for each main page ('P') or for each detail page ('D'); when this field is empty, the extra page is produced once only for the whole page group,
• extra page code,
• description,
• an indication of the file names of the files which will be generated for each extra page: the characters ### will be replaced by the page number or detail filename for extra paged generated for each main page or for each detail page respectively.
