Before using webphlex, we'd strongly recommend having a good look through the documentation, especially the sections:

Then have a look at section getting started.

getting help

You can get help on a screen using the help button ( ) when there is one.

You can also get help on a field or screen by right-clicking on it and choosing the 'help' option:

Some error messages have a help button ) for further explanation. They are also listed in the section error messages.

In the control panel, right-clicking on a menu item will start the help system for that item.

Tip: you can search for a text in the help system by opening the text blocks screen (control panel > texts and documents > text blocks), clicking the search buttonclick for more information about this button ), setting "show hidden text blocks?" on, and searching for the text. Double-clicking on a line in the results window will call up the text block, and on the page "used in help item" in the text block screen you can see any help items which use the text. Double-clicking on one of them will call up the help message.

using this documentation

N.B. This documentation has been optimised for Internet Explorer. It may work correctly with other browsers.

At the top right corner of each page, click on show contents and hide contents to show and hide the contents window.

The screen documentation (e.g. for screen web page groups) uses a system of interactive screenshots. Click on the part of the screenshot you're interested in to be taken to an explanation of that part.

Most screen descriptions show where to find the screen, starting at the control panel, e.g. [control panel > web pages > web page groups].
Directions are also often given to a specific page withing a screen, e.g [control panel > web pages > web page groups > extra pages > page navigation].

Although the system screens are never larger than 600 * 800 pixels, because the documentation shows screenshots life-size it works better at a larger resolution. We recommend at least 1024 * 768.

Please report any errors or omissions, or make suggestions for improvement, here.
